The Board of Trustees has identified these strategic priorities that will position the School for continued excellence:
Priority #1 - Grow Enrollment
Increase the School’s enrollment to 200 students by 2022
Priority #2 - Reimagine the Academic Experience
Offer a rich, multidimensional educational experience that challenges students to achieve to their fullest potential, while instilling a lifelong love of learning
Priority #3 - Retain and Develop Excellent Faculty
Attract, develop, and retain dedicated teaching professionals and administrators who are committed to self-improvement and advancing student outcomes
Priority #4 - Secure Alumni and Community Support
Raise $2 million from alumni and friends of the School and work to keep these constituencies informed and engaged
Priority #5 - Maintain and Upgrade Facilities
Maintain and improve the School’s physical facilities and infrastructure to ensure we can provide a safe, comfortable, and modern learning environment
